Fried Tofu Salad

Satay Tofu Nuggets
1) Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for at least 15 mins
2) Spear 3-4 pieces satay sauce tofu nuggets onto each skewer
3) Grill, flipping once, until tofu nuggets is slightly charred
Stuffed Tofu Puff
1)Air fry Tofu Puff 180°C for 5 mins, cut into half2)Slice meat, sweet potato ans taro into small piece. Air fry sweet potato and taro 180°C for 10 mins.3) Stuffed (2) into tofu puff, add cucumber & carrot, dipped with sweet chili sauce.
Rice Paper Roll
1) Slice fried tofu, cucumber, shredded carrot
2) Submerge rice paper with hot water and lay flat on the matt
3) Arrange sesame, rice, fried tofu cucumber & carrot ; roll it up to the shape
Steam tofu with fish
1) Layering the chinese cabbage, fish sillet, fresh tofu, cut chili & mushroom
2) Stir 1tbsp each of oyster sauce and soyasauce

Braised Tofu
1) Brown few slice galangal put a side (put a side)
2) Use (1) oil brown with 5 clove garlics, 5 shallot & fews slice of ginger (put a side)
3) Melt 30g of crystal sugar into (1&2) oil.
4) Add firm tofu, 300g pork belly or duck & stir fry for 2 mins, add pre cook galangal, garlics, shallot, ginger and 500ml water, braised for 45 mins
